• Denise McGinn, CAE

    Denise McGinn, CAE is the co-founder and co-owner of Association Guidance, a multi-client association management firm. She founded the firm in 1993. She graduated in 1995 from the six-year Institute for Organizational Management, Notre Dame University, where course study focused on management of non-profit organizations. She received the status of Certified Association Executive (CAE) from the American Society of Association Executives in 1997 and re-certifies every three years. Her background includes over 36 years in the non-profit trade association field. She has been a member of the Michigan Society of Association Executives since 1989 and has served on and chaired many committees and task forces. She served as chairman of the board of MSAE.

  • Tracy Ostaszewski

    Tracy Ostaszewski has worked for Association Guidance since 2009. In 2023 she was promoted to Vice President of Operations.
    She graduated in 1991 with a bachelor's degree in accounting from Michigan State University.
    Her background includes over 8 years in the non-profit trade association field, as well as over 15 years as a non-profit auditor. She has been a member of the Michigan Society of Association Executives since 2009.

  • Mary McGinn

    Mary McGinn has worked for Association Guidance since 2022 as an Association Specialist and Operations Coordinator.
    She graduated in 2021 with a bachelor's degree from Michigan State University.
    She completed the Academy of Association Management through the Michigan Society of Association Executives in 2024. She has been a member of the Michigan Society of Association Executives since 2022 and has served on the MSAE Annual Conference Program Committee. She has also been a member of Meeting Professionals International and their Michigan Chapter since 2024.
