    Our President, Denise McGinn, CAE, received the Strategic Association Leader Award from the Michigan Society of Association Executives (MSAE) in 2014. This award is given annually to an individual that has demonstrated outstanding career leadership achievements, dedicated service to the Michigan Society Association Executives, and service to charitable organizations.
    ​One of our clients was presented the MSAE Diamond Award Meetings & Expositions in 2017.Another one of our clients was presented the MSAE Diamond Award Government Affairs Program in 2017.
    President, Denise McGinn, CAE, is a past Chairman of the Board of MSAE.
    President, Denise McGinn, CAE, was inducted into the MSAE Hall of Fame in 2022. This is the Michigan association industry's highest recognition.

    Association Guidance has been named Best of Meeting Planning Company 2013 and Best of Meeting Planning Company 2014 by Michigan Meeting & Events Magazine. Association Guidance was also nominated for Best Meeting Planning Company 2015, Best Meeting Planning and Event Planning Company 2016 and Best Meeting Planning and Event Planning Company 2017 by Michigan Meeting & Events Magazine. President, Denise McGinn, CAE was inducted in to the Michigan Meeting & Events Magazine HALL OF FAME as Best Meeting Professional 2015.
    In 2022, the Michigan Society of Association Executives had the distinct honor of accepting the Tourism Industry Coalition of Michigan's 2022 Governor's Award for Innovative Tourism Collaboration in conjunction with Destination Michigan, the Michigan Association of CVBs, MPI Michigan Chapter, Michigan Health and Hospital Association and Association Guidance. The award recognizes the remarkable collaboration of the Safe Meetings in Michigan Task Force, which was initiated and coordinated by MSAE.
